If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below so we can take care of you quickly:

• The damaged item
• The packaging it arrived in
• The shipping label (if damaged)

3. We will make it right
After reviewing the photos, we will replace the damaged item or issue store credit.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer returns or refunds for:

• Preference-based dissatisfaction (e.g., not liking the selected book)
• Books you already own
• Packages delayed by shipping carriers
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
• Items marked as delivered by the carrie
